Introduction
The property has 8.4 ha and has two production lines, coffee and milk. It is quite simple, but the quality of its herd and crops is exemplary. The owner has local technical assistance and long experience in the field. He grows sugarcane for animal feed and uses the manure as fertilizer. The coffee is sold through a broker and the milk is delivered in the neighborhood.
