Introduction
The property has 10.9 ha and uses an area of approximately 01 ha for producing lettuce, collard greens, arugula, chives, lime and acerola. On the rest of the area, the family raises dairy cattle and, with the milk produced, makes cheese for sale.
Highlight
The producer has improved his production through techniques such as automated irrigation, his own nursery for producing vegetable seedlings, and a suitable place for the post-harvest process, where the production is cleaned and washed. Such techniques save time and labor, in addition to yielding higher-quality products.
