Introduction
"Sítio Pereiras" is a family property located in the Bairro dos Pereiras, in the city of Socorro - São Paulo (Brazil). At the Sítio, a variety of fruits and vegetables are grown in gardens spread over 3 hectares of the property, where vegetables, fruits and legumes are produced, such as Strawberry, Carrot, Sweet Corn, Beans, Potato and Tomato.
Differentiator
The strawberries produced on the property, after being washed and sanitized, are placed in small plastic boxes made specifically for marketing the fruit. Afterwards, the small boxes are placed in plastic crates, thus adding value to the product and reducing damage caused during transport.
Information
On this property other products are also processed according to the seasonality of the fruit, resulting in the sale of preserves and juices of Grape and Strawberry. All processed products come from organic farming and are free of pest-control substances, thus resulting in a healthier product for consumption.
