The app developed by Embrapa in partnership with a university in Mato Grosso do Sul aims to help rural producers with the nutrition of beef cattle, making it possible to compare supplements of the same type from different brands and their yield.
It is aimed at small, medium and large producers, offering an easy-to-use app in which it is not necessary to enter a lot of information to make comparisons, plus the convenience of not needing to be connected to the internet.
After the product information is entered, it generates the supplementation margin (difference between revenue and cost), the break-even point for weight gain and the return in reais, among other data, the most important being the minimum number of troughs to be provided for the group of animals to be supplemented.
It is available only on Google's app store.
