Proposal submissions are now open for the Purchase with Simultaneous Donation and Stock Formation modality of the Food Acquisition Program (PAA), carried out by the National Supply Company (CONAB).
With the aim of reaching a larger number of family farmers, this year the program will include some incentives aimed at certain regions of the country. In 2015, 863 family farming organizations were able to benefit from the R$ 287 million allocated by Conab.
Cooperatives and associations of family farmers that are interested must register their projects on the PAANET- Proposta page provided by CONAB.
