The Pronaf Eligibility Declaration (DAP) allows family farmers to gain access to Federal Government public policies, among them Rural Credit from the National Program for Strengthening Family Farming (Pronaf), the National Policy on Technical Assistance and Rural Extension, and public procurement programs such as the Food Acquisition Program (PAA) and the National School Feeding Program (Pnae).
The document can be requested by individuals or legal entities, and by specific groups in agriculture: young people, women, extractivists, Indigenous peoples, quilombolas, artisanal fishers, agrarian reform settlers and beneficiaries of the National Land Credit Program.
Procedures for obtaining the DAP:
- Contact the state Technical Assistance and Rural Extension companies and the rural and workers' unions;
- Required documents: Identity card and CPF of the holder, documents relating to production income, or retirement pensions, social programs (Bolsa Família), employment in rural or urban areas. Married people must present their spouse's documents.
Issuing the document is free of charge.
To check the DAP statement, the user searches by the CPF of one of the holders at the address: http://dap.mda.gov.br/extratodap
