On September 13 (Tuesday), the outreach project Digital Skills for Family Farming will offer a 4-hour course for all interested people on the use of charts and graphs for data interpretation.
The course will include a brief presentation on the importance of using data in various settings, especially for family farming, and will include hands-on activities aimed at developing the digital skills needed to build a chart from processed data, as well as indicating the ideal types of charts for each situation.
In a second part, participants will be shown how to use graphs to streamline data retrieval, thus making interpretation easier and providing interactivity between the user and the data presented.
The course will take place at the School of Sciences and Engineering on September 13, at 2:00 p.m., and all participants will receive a certificate. It is important to note that registration is free and can be done through the link.
To take part in the course, participants must download the following file and bring their own computer to the session.
