AGRIFAM, one of the largest Family Farming fairs in the State of São Paulo, is organized by the Federation of Family Farming Workers of the State of São Paulo (Fetaesp). This year the fair will start on July 31 and run until August 2. Located in the city of Lençóis Paulistas, it expects to receive around 30,000 visitors and to move about 20 million reais during the event.
The event is focused on Family Farming and is already in its twelfth edition, promising exhibitors with modern tractors, state-of-the-art machinery, inputs and agricultural implements, among other attractions. In addition to these highlights, the fair will have event information provided by research institutions, technology institutions and universities.
Events and fairs aimed at Family Farming are becoming more and more frequent and play an important role in simplifying access to information for family farmers who wish to acquire machinery and inputs and, above all, learn about the sector's novelties. For manufacturers and inventors, it represents a distinctive channel to this audience. Researchers also have the opportunity to get in touch with elements of the entire production chain in a single place.
